Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns
-Answer incoming calls and assist with client and Insurance company inquiries
-Assist senior underwriter with all customer service duties
- Assist clients with claims processing and administration
- Maintain accurate confidential client records
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments
Experience:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-Bilingual Spanish a must
