Line Cooks play a vital role in a small kitchen team of 2-5 cooks, preparing and cooking food to ensure timely and quality meal service. They report directly to the Kitchen Manager and contribute to maintaining an efficient kitchen operation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders efficiently
- Report to the Kitchen Manager for daily instructions and feedback
