Commercial HVAC Operations Manager

Shamrock Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. has been in business for 34 years since 1992. We are seeking a qualified Commercial HVAC Operations Manager with a strong background for a full-time position to lead our Commercial department.

Responsibilities include:

Managing clients and developing new HVAC customer relations

Engineering & design, estimating and sales of HVAC projects

Contract negotiations for HVAC commercial projects

Create mechanical drawings for commercial HVAC projects via Auto Cad

Order HVAC equipment and negotiate prices

Manage commercial HVAC installation projects

Job costing for HVAC projects

Problem Solving-both in the field and client issues

Hiring and managing employees as needed for Commercial HVAC Department

Quality control inspections for HVAC Commercial Projects

Conduct department meetings

Attend off site job meetings

Requirements of the Commercial Operations Manager

Minimum 5 years' experience in Commercial HVAC Project Management

Use of Auto Cad

Good computer and organizational skills

Professional, Outgoing and Strong Communication Skills

Commercial mechanical certifications a plus but not required.
