• Job Requirements: Possesses a degree from a doctorate program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization, active CA license, Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. Home Health or Hospice is preferred.
• Compensation: $135k base plus sign on bonus
