Corporate Associate Attorney – Public Company Securities Practice (2nd–7th Year)
Direct Counsel is currently sourcing 2nd–7th year associate candidates for a public company securities opportunity within a national law firm’s Corporate Practice Group.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of public company securities matters, including work under the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Strong candidates will also have exposure to transactional and governance-related work such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate formation and maintenance, corporate finance, licensing matters, and venture capital financing.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $170,000 – $230,000
Bonus Potential: Up to $106,000 (dependent on experience and performance)
