My client is seeking a highly experienced personal injury trial attorney to join their growing Garden City, NY office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years' personal injury litigation experience.
- Has tried PI case(s) to verdict is a plus.
- Substantial courtroom, motion and deposition experience.
- Medical Malpractice experience is a plus.
- Proven negotiations skills.
- Work independently and be proactive with complex caseload.
- Ability to manage a significant Personal Injury caseload from inception to trial.
- Licensed NY attorney.
- Computer savvy.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
