Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-senior Litigation Associate to join a leading law firm’s Dallas office. This role focuses on complex commercial litigation and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes disputes within a collaborative national platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support complex commercial litigation matters
- Draft substantive motions and legal briefs
- Conduct discovery, depositions, and case development
- Support hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Work closely with senior attorneys on strategy and client matters
Qualifications
- 5–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
- Active member of the Texas Bar
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
