Position – Machine Helper
Job Location – Beaver Dam, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm)
Starting Pay –$20
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience, Experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor machine performance and production output to maintain efficiency
- Inspect products and do quality checks
- Help with machine changeovers, and production setup
- Help with production flow and other tasks
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills preferred
- Attention to detail and quality awareness
- Manufacturing, converting, packaging, or machine operation experience
