Position: Radiation Therapist
Location: Missoula, MT
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join a well-established Radiation Oncology team in beautiful western Montana. • Full-time employed position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• No travel requirements
• Provide radiation treatments as prescribed by the supervising physician
• Work collaboratively with the Radiation Oncology team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Educate and communicate effectively with patients and their families throughout the treatment process
• Adhere to all radiation safety policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments utilizing advanced oncology technology
• Participate in treatment planning and patient care coordination
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Monitor patient progress and address treatment-related concerns
• Utilize healthcare informatics systems and electronic documentation tools

• Base Salary: $78,416 – $135,907
• $20,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid over two years)

• Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent
• Current Radiation Therapy Certification in good standing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of radiation safety principles and regulatory compliance
• Experience with radiation oncology treatment planning systems and related software preferred
