Labor & Employment Associate

Direct Counsel is partnering with a leading national labor & employment firm to add a Litigation Associate to its Minneapolis office. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator who wants to grow their management-side employment practice within a sophisticated, nationally recognized platform.

About the Role

The hiring firm is seeking an attorney with:

• 4–7 years of solid litigation experience

• Labor & employment experience (preferred but not strictly required for standout litigators)

• Excellent academic credentials

• Active Minnesota Bar admission (required)

You’ll handle a range of employment-related disputes and counseling matters for employers—spanning regional businesses to large national and global organizations.

Compensation – Minnesota

Pursuant to Minnesota regulation, the annual salary range for this position is:

$210,000 – $245,000

• Final compensation within the range will depend on experience, education, skills, and other qualifications

• Role includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses
