Corporate Associate (Life Sciences Licensing)

Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a corporate associate with 3+ years of experience in life sciences licensing to join a highly respected team in New York.

About the Role:
You’ll work with leading clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, advising on:

• IP licensing and collaboration agreements

• Technology transfer and R&D agreements

• Drafting and negotiating key transactional documents in the healthcare/life sciences space

Preferred Background:

• Biology, Chemistry, or related science degree, or hands-on biopharma industry experience

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills

• A passion for working at the crossroads of science, law, and business innovation
