Corporate Associate Attorney (4–6 Years)
Location: Austin, TX
Compensation: $310,000–$390,000 + Bonus

Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw firm seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Corporate & Securities practice. This team advises innovative companies across technology and life sciences on sophisticated corporate transactions and business matters.

• Advise private companies on general corporate matters
• Support and manage venture financing transactions
• Handle private equity transactions
• Assist with private company mergers and acquisitions
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams on strategic business initiatives

• J.D. with strong academic credentials
• 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience in one or more of the following:
  • Venture financings
  • Private equity
  • General corporate representation of private companies
  • Private company mergers & acquisitions
• Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Salary: $310,000–$390,000 based on experience
