Real Estate Associate (Midlevel- Senior) - Pittsburgh

Direct Counsel represents a prestigious AmLaw firm seeking a Mid-level to Senior Real Estate Associate to join its Chicago, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, or Seattle office.

Locations: Chicago, IL | Pittsburgh, PA | Raleigh, NC | Seattle, WA
Experience: 3–8 Years
Compensation: $225,000–$400,000

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

• Acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets
• Real estate financing transactions
• Real estate due diligence
• Commercial leasing matters
• Real estate development projects
• Joint venture transactions

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 3–8 years of real estate transactional experience
• Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate effectively within a team
