QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in transactional tax area;
- Experience in corporate income, franchise and sales and use tax;
- Experience in state tax controversy a plus;
- Possess an LLM in taxation or graduate accounting degree preferred;
- Academic excellence;
- Able to assist the existing team expand their state and local tax practice;
