Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4 to 5 years of experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm in its Downtown Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly regarded real estate lawyers on sophisticated commercial real estate matters, with a focus on leasing and commercial real estate transactions.

• Drafting and revising office, retail, and industrial leases.

• Contributing to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and transactional due diligence.

• Additional experience with title and survey review is a plus.

• Opportunity to gain experience in data center leasing (helpful but not required).

• Education: J.D. with strong academic credentials.

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a focus on office, retail, and industrial leases. Experience with acquisitions and dispositions is a plus.

• Skills: Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills, with a keen interest in learning.

• State Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.

• Other: Major law firm experience is preferred.

• Salary Range: $250,000 to $275,000 (actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors).
