$260,000 – $365,000 annually

A leading global law firm is seeking a 3rd–5th year Associate to join its Labor & Employment Practice in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to work with employers across a wide range of industries on sophisticated employment litigation and counseling matters.

• Represent employers in class and individual employment matters
• Advise on wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, leave issues, and employment policies
• Draft employment agreements, policies, motions, and other employment-related documents
• Support complex litigation matters and collaborate with attorneys across the firm’s national platform

• 3–5 years of labor and employment experience
• Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage matters independently and take ownership of assignments
• Active membership and good standing with the California Bar required
