Litigation Associate Attorney – Construction Defect / Business Litigation

Locations: Phoenix, AZ
Experience: 5+ years
Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000+ DOE, plus monthly bonus program
Schedule: 100% Remote

Our client, a growing multi-state civil litigation and business law firm with a presence across the western U.S., is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Phoenix office. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney who wants substantive litigation experience, strong mentorship, direct client contact, and a long-term growth path with a respected regional firm.

What You'll Work On:

  • Construction defect litigation from investigation through resolution
  • Real estate, business, and complex civil disputes
  • Builder and developer representation
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Court appearances and law and motion practice
  • Mediations and settlement negotiations

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Active Arizona bar admission
  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice
  • Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with partners and staff
  • Construction defect, real estate, and/or business litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Dual licensure in California, Nevada, and/or Texas is a plus, but not required
