A prominent multi-state liability litigation law firm, head quartered in New York, seeks an Associate Attorney with 3 -5 years of PA insurance defense experience, coverage and/or general liability experience, to join their Pittsburgh litigation team!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- General insurance defense litigation.
- Experience with hearings, motions and depositions.
- Ability to self-manage a case load while working in a team environment.
- File review and analysis
- Commitment to respond promptly to all email and phone inquiries
- Collegial, supportive environment with advancement opportunities in a constantly-expanding practice.
- Able to step into a ready made case load.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of organization.
- Tried cases to jury verdict is a PLUS.
- Workers' Compensation litigation is a PLUS.
