Position Overview

A well-established behavioral health practice is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join a collaborative and supportive clinical team. This role includes conducting psychological assessments, providing therapeutic services, completing diagnostic reporting, and participating in multidisciplinary clinical collaboration. Candidates with interest and/or experience in autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.

The ideal provider is compassionate, clinically skilled, committed to quality care, and able to maintain excellent documentation practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology

  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience (or equivalent)


Preferred Qualifications
  • Two or more (2+) years of post-graduate clinical practice

  • Current Texas Psychologist licensure


Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake and biopsychosocial assessments

  • Provide psychological and neuropsychological evaluations and written reports

  • Formulate diagnoses and treatment recommendations

  • Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy

  • Collaborate effectively with clinicians, staff, psychometrists, and interns

  • Complete progress notes and documentation timely and in compliance with HIPAA

  • Maintain a professional, supportive, and therapeutic environment

  • Provide both in-office and telehealth clinical services

  • Respond appropriately and decisively to safety and crisis needs


Preferred Clinical Competencies
  • Experience working with neurodiverse populations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Interest in integrative and/or somatic modalities (e.g., EMDR, EFT, RMT, energy-based psychology approaches)

  • Cultural responsiveness and inclusive case conceptualization


Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, daytime schedule

  • Occasional Saturdays based on client need

  • Full-time 8-hour workdays
