Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 200 firm with an immediate opening for a Litigation Attorney in its Phoenix office. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-stakes commercial litigation matters while enjoying the support of a dynamic, collaborative team and a flexible hybrid work model.


What You’ll Do:

  • Handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

  • Serve as second chair on complex, multi-claim, document-intensive cases

  • Act as first chair on smaller, independent matters

  • Take ownership of ESI (electronically stored information) management and large-document case handling

  • Draft compelling motions, briefs, and pleadings

  • Participate in depositions, oral arguments, and trials (if experienced)


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of strong commercial litigation experience

  • Proficiency in managing ESI and large-scale document discovery with minimal supervision

  • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills

  • Experience in depositions, oral arguments, or trial work is a plus

  • Arizona Bar admission required

  • Strong organizational and case management skills
