Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment to move, stack, and organize freight safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload shipments from containers, trailers, and staging areas while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Sort, label, and stage freight based on destination and shipment specifications.

• Perform cycle counts and verify inventory to maintain stock accuracy.

• Track and document freight movement using digital and paper-based systems.

• Inspect and report damaged or defective materials promptly to maintain quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company and OSHA standards.

• Support team goals and assist in other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution center environment (required).

• Proven ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.

• 1+ year of warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, or inventory tasks.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.

• Reliable transportation to and from the Sparks, NV facility.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and national background check.

Pay

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour

A1 Shift – Weekday Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $23/hr
A2 Shift – Weekday Swing Shift:: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | $25/hr
A3 Shift – Weekday Grave Shift: Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM–6:30 AM | $25/hr
B1 Shift – Weekend Day Shift: Saturday–Monday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | $24/hr
B2 Shift – Weekend Grave Shift: Saturday–Monday | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM | $25/hr
