$305,000 – $410,000 annually

A leading global law firm is seeking a 4th–7th year Corporate Associate to join its San Francisco office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated private equity, M&A, and growth equity transactions for clients across a wide range of industries.

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, and corporate governance matters
• Draft and negotiate primary transaction documents
• Lead due diligence efforts and manage deal execution from inception through closing
• Coordinate with junior associates and specialist teams across complex transactions
• Work directly with private equity firms, portfolio companies, management teams, and investors on domestic and cross-border matters

• 4–7 years of corporate transactional experience, ideally with a focus on private equity and M&A
• Strong drafting, communication, and project management skills
• Experience managing complex diligence and transaction workflows
• Ability to take ownership of client matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong academic credentials required
