QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong writing, research, analytical and communications skills.
- Have prior experience in complex insurance defense litigation.
- Extensive experience with discovery.
- With 2-4 years experience is required.
- Good standing with North Carolina Bar.
- Experience in medical malpractice defense litigation.
- Should have first or second chair trial experience, notable hearing and deposition experience.
