A national full-service business law firm with 200 attorneys and locations across the United States is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join its practice, Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in corporate transactions, including equity investments, M&A transactions, corporate governance, LLC and partnership issues. Knowledge of securities law, tech, public work and fund formation are a plus. Florida Bar required; law firm experience required.
