POSITION – General Labor / Packaging
JOB LOCATION – Fredonia, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temporary (with potential for long-term)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st 7am to 3:30pm
STARTING PAY – $17.50 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – None Required
As a general labor associate, you will be working on a production line in a clean, climate-controlled environment packaging products as they come off the machines. This role involves consistent movement, boxing finished goods, and preparing them for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Package products efficiently as they come off the production line
- Box and palletize finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Reliable transportation within Ozaukee County
- Ability to lift repetitively throughout the shift
- Strong reliability and willingness to work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
