Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a leading law firm in Dallas. This role focuses on complex real estate joint ventures, offering hands-on experience working with institutional investors on high-value transactions.

Responsibilities

• Structure and manage real estate joint venture transactions
• Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements and related contracts
• Advise clients on ownership structures and investment strategies
• Assess legal and business risks across transactions
• Support deals from term sheet through closing

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate transactions and contract drafting
• Joint venture experience preferred
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-level projects
• Texas Bar admission required
