Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on commercial real estate debt financing transactions
Structure and negotiate mortgage and mezzanine financings
Work on preferred equity investments and structured real estate financings
Assist with permanent and bridge loan originations
Handle construction loans, loan participations, and syndicated loan transactions
Draft and negotiate co-lender and intercreditor agreements
Support matters involving loan workouts and restructurings
3–7 years of commercial real estate finance experience at a top-tier law firm
Experience with mortgage and mezzanine financings and structured real estate transactions
Familiarity with syndications, loan participations, and intercreditor arrangements
Experience with loan workouts and restructurings is a plus
Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
Outstanding academic credentials
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility to obtain admission
