Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in the state
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
