A well-established boutique Plaintiff's law firm is seeking a personal injury Attorney to join their growing practice!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law.
- Proven record handling a plaintiff's personal injury caseload from inception through trial.
- Licensed NY Attorney in good standing with NY Bar.
- Experience drafting pleadings and motions/oppositions.
- Litigation experience a plus.
- Experience negotiating and settling a personal injury caseload.
- Conduct depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations for personal injury actions and commercial litigation matters.
- Must have excellent writing, communication and computer skills.
- Able to handle a personal injury case load.
