Position Overview
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will deliver mental health counseling and therapeutic support to clients experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate is skilled in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy in a compassionate, client-centered manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources as needed.

Requirements

• Active LCSW licensure in New York State.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting.
• Strong understanding of mental health treatment methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
