- 4-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
- The ideal candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts is required. Prior large case and/or firm experience is preferred.
- New Jersey-New york Bar required.
