Construction Litigation Attorney
Location: Spokane, WA (Remote or Hybrid Available)

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney to join its growing Washington practice. What You'll Work On:
- Managing complex construction litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Representing clients in construction defect, construction defense, and related civil litigation disputes
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings
- Conducting legal research, discovery, and depositions
- Appearing at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Developing litigation strategy and working directly with clients throughout the lifecycle of a case
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of construction litigation or complex civil litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
- Experience managing litigation matters with minimal supervision
- Trial experience preferred
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Washington Bar admission required
