Industrial HVAC Service Technician
Job Description
We are a premier provider of industrial and commercial HVAC solutions across North Carolina. From large-tonnage mechanical systems and central plant equipment to specialized industrial climate control, our customers rely on our technicians for technical precision, rapid response, and quality service.
We currently have 50 employees and are looking to add an experienced Industrial HVAC Service Technician to support our growth. You’ll be working on chillers, cooling towers, large air handlers, and non-steam boilers while representing a company that invests in its people and stands behind its work.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on: Chillers (multiple brands), Cooling towers, Large air handlers, Rooftop Units, Non-steam boilers
- Perform service work and scheduled preventative maintenance on industrial HVAC systems
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with field leadership
- Operate safely on customer sites and follow all safety protocols
- Document work using field service software
Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial or heavy commercial HVAC service.
- EPA Certification
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license & a clean driving record,
- Must agree to a background check and drug test
