COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
$400,000+ annual base compensation
Performance-based bonus incentives

POSITION OVERVIEW
The ENT (Otolaryngologist) will provide outpatient care for ear, nose, and throat conditions, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management. In-house diagnostics and specialty referrals are available.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
New York medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration (or eligibility)
Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) bilingual highly preferred
PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT
Outpatient-focused, high-volume settings
Established patient base
