Real Estate Associate Attorney – Midlevel

Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Midlevel Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its San Diego office. This partnership-track opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3–4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate transaction documents
• Conduct and review title due diligence, including resolving title issues
• Manage transaction closings and coordinate with clients, attorneys, and outside parties
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and other complex commercial real estate transactions
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on sophisticated real estate matters

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and due diligence skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities
• Team-oriented with a commitment to client service and professional growth
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $260,000 – $310,000 annually, depending on experience
