Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on commercial real estate equity transactions
Structure and negotiate joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions
Assist with real estate financings and transaction execution
Conduct due diligence and draft transaction agreements
Collaborate with deal teams on complex and high-value real estate matters
4–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a leading law firm
Strong experience with real estate equity transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
Outstanding academic credentials
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility to obtain admission
