A Southeast Law Firm with National reach seeks a qualified Securities Attorney to join their Charlotte, NC office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of practical experience in the areas of capital raising.
- Working experience in compliance and governance work.
- Work with public company (i.e. NASDAQ, NYSE listed) issuer side representation.
- Experience drafting and preparing filings required under the Securities Act and the Securities Exchange Act.
- Excellent academics.
