Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide one-on-one rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting in Burr Ridge, Illinois.

Responsibilities
- Provide treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Follow treatment plans addressing ADLs, mobility, strength, coordination, and safety.
- Monitor residents' responses and report changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment.
- Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team.
Qualifications
- Active and current Illinois Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Geriatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
