Commercial HVAC Ductwork Installer

We’re hiring a Commercial HVAC Ductwork Installer in Tampa, FL who’s ready to take on challenging, high-impact work — from chillers and towers to duct systems and dust collection. If you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the opportunity, the support, and the pay to match.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Read and work from engineering plans, blueprints, and submittals

• Scope out jobs, prep material lists, and stick to project schedules

• Assemble and install commercial HVAC systems — ductwork, piping, supports, and more

• Work with air-side systems: sheet metal, insulation, balancing, controls, and rigging

• Install systems including chillers, towers, pumps, package units, split systems, and dust collection

• Ensure all work meets code, quality standards, and safety protocols

• Help lead a safe, clean, and productive job site

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of commercial HVAC install experience

• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and installation practices

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Problem-solving mindset and a team-first attitude

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
