Job Description
Associates in this role will advise private equity sponsors, institutional investors, developers, and real estate funds on a wide range of real estate investment and transactional matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on commercial real estate equity transactions
Structure and negotiate joint ventures for real estate investments
Assist with acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets
Support real estate financings and investment structures
Draft and negotiate transactional agreements and deal documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex real estate transactions
3–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a top-tier law firm
Experience handling real estate joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions
Familiarity with real estate investment structures and financings
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding academic credentials
Admission to the New York Bar required
