Direct Counsel has partnered with a firm growing California based law firm expanding into New York, they are considered a powerhouse in the field of plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation. We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join their team, focusing on the prosecution of employment class and representative actions, involving wage-and-hour, unfair business practice, discrimination, and false advertising matters.
Hiring Criteria
All qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
- The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in New York and have 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, including experience with discovery in the civil litigation context, oral advocacy and appearing in Court, motion practice and taking/defending depositions.
- Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is a plus.
- Candidates must be able to travel on occasion
Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
