HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist to provide remote telehealth services to adult patients, with a focus on mental health support. This position requires adaptability and strong clinical judgment, as patient needs may vary. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a remote setting while maintaining consistent communication with care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Collaborate with care coordinators, medical providers, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with compliance standards
- Participate in virtual team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training
- Adjust approach based on patient needs and evolving care plans
Qualifications:
- Active licensure as LMFT
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience in mental health, or community-based care preferred
- Comfortable providing care in a fully remote / telehealth environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care
Job Details:
- Full-time - 1099 position
- $95,000 – $110,000 per year
