Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group in the Miami office. Compensation: $245,000 – $365,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financings, leasing, and development.

• Collaborate with entrepreneurial local clients and national institutional clients on real estate projects nationwide.

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, leases, and development-related contracts.

• Take on significant transactional responsibilities with direct client interaction.

• Receive close mentorship from senior attorneys, including the firm’s Co-Global Chair of Real Estate, with training in both legal and client development skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.

• Experience must include acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.

• Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing skills.

• High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

• Prior experience at a regional or national law firm strongly preferred.

• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.
