Direct Counsel has partnered with a prestigious firm looking for a full-time trial attorney to join their team of personal injury lawyers. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in personal injury law, as well as strong legal writing and trial skills.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and motions
- Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel
- Preparing for and trying cases to verdict
- Providing legal advice to clients
Qualifications for the position include:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
- Strong legal writing and trial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
$120,000 - $200,000 DOE
Health/dental/vision, insurance and 401(k) plan.
Hybrid - 2 days a week from home
