Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an experienced Investment Funds Attorney for a prestigious AmLaw firm with offices in in New Jersey, New York.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled attorney with 10+ years of experience in investment fund formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized corporate practice representing private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, and other investment vehicles.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 10+ years of experience in investment funds.
• Significant experience with fund formation, structuring, and compliance.
• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of the office where practicing.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sophisticated transactions and work directly with clients.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $300,000–$520,000 (commensurate with experience)
