Production Assistant
This Oshkosh client is looking for a dependable, hands-on individual who is interested in learning the heat treat process and building a career in manufacturing.
Position –Production Assistant
Job Location –Oshkosh, WI
Starting Date –ASAP
Employment Term –Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type –Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:00pm, must be willing to train on first 7:00am-3:00pm for a few weeks
Starting Pay –$18-20

Required Education –High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience –1 year of experience in manufacturing/production/warehouse environment preferred
Qualifications
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Willingness to learn heat treat processes, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Great Attendance and reliable work history
Responsibilities
- Perform blasting, racking, packing, and other assigned production duties.
- Follow and support all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Stand for the duration of the shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
