About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse Baylor (LPN) on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Assessing patients and reporting changes to the nursing staff
Maintaining accurate records and documenting patient progress
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
