QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience with personal injury, property losses and commercial disputes.
- Experience with bad faith claims or employment law is a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Litigation Associate.
- Posses a strong legal research and writing background.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of organization.
