Job Description
A progressive rural healthcare organization is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitative care across multiple settings. This role is ideal for a clinician who values variety in practice, working with patients of all ages in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including assessment of functional abilities and rehabilitation needs
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function
- Provide direct patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and outreach settings
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and wellness strategies
- Supervise and direct support staff to ensure effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental programs
- Support professional development through continuing education and knowledge sharing
- Promote physical therapy services within the community and serve as a clinical resource
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved or equivalent)
- Eligible for or currently holding a Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time position
- 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
- Includes occasional on-call and weekend coverage
- Diverse patient population across all age groups
- Practice settings include inpatient, outpatient, and community outreach clinics
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,500 – $120,500 annually (based on experience)
