Willow Terrace is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals dedicated to helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a supportive Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation environment.

ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Implement individualized treatment plans for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, gait, and overall functional independence.
Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and fall prevention.
Complete accurate and timely documentation using Net Health.
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience with Net Health is a plus.
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
